12-14-2003: Sledge |
From a very recent email
from Brad Martin:
Sorry I don't have time to write. We are starting to film Sledge Dec 20 for one month. It will be out by next fall. Thanks for the interest. Brad Martin Filming over the Christmas holidays? How unusual! I wonder if the four A-list actors (Michael T. Weiss, Hugo Weaving, Carrie-Ann Moss, Ben Stiller) that are in the trailer will still be part of the production. The trailer and some stills can be seen on the official website of the movie. |

40,00 € / 262,32 F / 48,33 $. Became cheaper since September!

11-23-2003: Photos from the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, Marc Jacobs-Show for Spring 2004 |
Oh My God, does he look
drop dead gorgeous on these photos! They were
taken on September 15, 2003 during the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week for
Spring 2004 at the Marc Jacobs Show at the New York State Armory in
Bryant Park in New York City, but I've only discovered them today!
See that smile for yourself and enjoy! [Password = Pretender] |
11-20-2003: Official Website of Until the Night |
Pathfinder Pictures has
created an official website
for the movie. It has a synopsis, stills, infos about the main actors,
a complete list of cast and crew. Trailer, audioclips and presskit are
already announced. Keep checking back for updates.
The music you will hear at a certain party is from "Master of the Flying Guillotine", Pathfinder's best selling DVD title. Btw: Jamie S. Weiss, Michael's sister is one of the make-up assistants. |
11-13-2003: Trailer of Until the Night |
Pathfinder Pictures has
finally updated the 'Production' page of their website
with some information about "Until the Night" (although nothing new),
some stills and kind of a trailer. The movie still seems to be in
post-production.
|
11-3-2003: Photos from Until the Night |
Until
the Night
is about a woman (Kathleen Robertson) who is struggeling to maintain
her sanity while fighting to save her marriage to a failed, alcoholic
movie star (Michael T. Weiss). (See also: 8-9-03 and 9-17-03)
Thanks to Bart van Hoof of the Unofficial Sarah Lassez Site who helped me with his contacts, and to Pathfinder Pictures, here are some exclusive photos of Until the Night. Enjoy! |
10-23-2003: Episode "Der Bastard" of Crossing Jordan |
"Ockham's Razor", the first
of the episodes of
"Crossing Jordan" in which Michael appears as James Horton (see:
Archive 1-7-03) will be aired on German TV station VOX on Tuesday Nov.
25, 2003 at 22:15pm (repeated on Wednesday Nov. 26 at 2:05am) under the
title "Der Bastard".
VOX describes the episode as follows: Jordan wird unterdessen mit ihrer Vergangenheit konfrontiert. I've added the two photos of Michael that accompany the description to the matching CJ album. [Password = Pretender] |
10-21-2003: The Pretender on DVD in the US? |
I've too contacted TPTB at
FOX (or rather one of their offices) behind this DVD
poll,
asking: How long will this poll going on? And what are you going to do
with the results? Are you really considering to release *the winner* on
DVD? Or is it just a preliminary check of interest?
And here is the answer: Hello Evi, Depends on how long Fox would like it to.*** I only found out about the poll from another consumer. If Fox does deiced to release any of the shows on this list, it could take anywhere from 6 to 12 before it will released. Thank you, Megan R Fox Consumer 888-223-2369 Doesn't sound too promising, huh? ***As of November 2003, the poll was closed and the website taken down, but no results were published. |
10-13-2003: Michael talks about Lords of EverQuest |
GameSpy.com recently did an
interview with the Lords and Ladies of
EverQuest - actors Kate Mulgrew (Star Trek Voyager), Dwight Schultz
(The A-team, Star Trek: TNG), Claudia Black (Pitch Black), and Michael
T. Weiss (Freeway).
GameSpy: Did you get to see much of Lords Of EverQuest before you signed on? Michael T. Weiss: But it's fun to come down and do these games because you never know what to expect, and it always kind of throws you into some kind of dark underworld that was created by some brainiac with a twisted imagination. GameSpy: Was there anything in the sessions that surprised you guys? Michael T. Weiss: No. These worlds are so much fun to play in. You really get your imagination going, and it's just fun to bring to life to a world that doesn't really exist because then anything goes. GameSpy: So I think it's safe to say Kate's kids will be proud of their mom. How about the rest of you? Who's going to be most excited when they find out you're a character in Lords of EverQuest? Michael T. Weiss: Oh man, I got a nephew that is just going to go nuts. It's just cool when you say to someone who's into this stuff, "Hey, I was Lord Kadian in Lords of EverQuest." "No way, dude!" The full interview can be found at GameSpy. Thanks to Patsy for the link! |
10-12-2003: Vote for The Pretender on DVD |
My friend and fellow fan
Birte has contacted TPTB behind this poll,
asking what they are going to do with the results (tP still in the lead
with 24.3%), and here is their answer:
Hello, Fox has no plans to release the title in question [The Pretender] at this time. I will forward your request on the corporate office so they can see what the public would like to see on DVD. As a side note, Fox does have a web poll at tvDVD for TV shows only. I would recommend that you also submit your votes there. It is running a little slow at this time, please be patient. Thank you, Megan R Fox Consumer 888-223-2369 We all should continue to write to FOX (different e-mail address!!), to keep them updated on the current results of this poll, and also remind them that there are still lots of fans out there who want tP on DVD! |
10-7-2003: French The Pretender magazine |
French magazine "Series TV"
has promised to publish a special issue
dedicated to "The Pretender" if they receive at least 200 letters of
support from people who are also promising to buy the magazine once it
is released.
Maybe you could suggest that they should publish it bi-lingual (French/English) if you write to them at: SERIES TV - Le Caméléon Editions Tournon 45, rue de Broca 75005 Paris France |
9-28-2003: Written In Blood on American TV |
Good news for all those
whose DVD players are not capable of region 3!
"Written in Blood" will be shown on American TV station MAXE-Cinemax on Tuesday, Oct 14 at 08:30pm ET, and again on Saturday, Oct 25 at 02:30am ET. Check your TV guide for airtimes in your area. |
9-23-2003: The Pretender on DVD in France |

have announced the release of seasons 1 and 2 of "Le
Caméléon" on DVD

two volumes, and each volume will cost about 52,59 € / 344,97

9-1-2003: Screencaps from Sledge : A Documentary |
As it is not certain that
this movie will
distributed widley, and therefore most of Michael's fans won't ever see
his perfomance, here are at least some screencaps
[Password = Pretender] of him to wet your appetite, thanks to the
generosity of the production company, and the technical skills of
Birte.
Too bad, that they don't come with sound, because the funniest part of his performance is his fake South American accent :o) For more information on Sledge please see: news from 4-23-2003 and 5-15-2003, and have a look at the official website of the movie. |
8-27-2003: About a 3rd Pretender movie |
No official word from TNT,
but "WB 17", Jacksonville, FL's home of the WB network, runs this
little Q&A about news in
television:
Q. When they showed the first two Pretender TV movies, there was supposed to be a third. What happened to it? - R.H. A. There was talk of a third movie, but so far the ratings of the first two films have not persuaded TNT to produce one. The cast members of The Pretender have moved on to other projects. Michael T. Weiss (Jarod) recently completed work on the film Iowa and is now at work on another movie, Until the Night. Andrea Parker (Miss Parker) is now a member of the cast of Less Than Perfect, which has been renewed for a second season. Patrick Bauchau (Sydney) is part of the cast of the new supernatural HBO drama Carnivale, which makes its debut in mid-September. They have forgotten to mention Jamie Denton (Mr. Lyle) who will star in ABC's Threat Matrix from September on. |
8-20-2003: Screencaps from Written In Blood |
For those like me, whose
DVD still hasn't arrived, or whose's DVD player is not capable of
region 3, here are some screencaps. [Password = Pretender]
Thanks to Birte for the eyecandy :o) Enjoy! |
8-9-2003: Until the Night |
A new movie Until
the Night,
written and directed by Gregory Hatanaka, with Michael as Daniel, is
now listed at the IMDB, as being in 'pre-production', with release
slated for 2004.
The movie will have some more well known actors in it, like Theresa Russell, whose character Rose sucessful seduced Sean Bean's character Paul in "A Woman's Guide To Adultery", and Norman Reedus, known from "Blade II" and "Deuces Wild". Not much of a synopsis: It stars Kathleen Robertson as a woman who has a seemingly perfect existence, but a new perspective emerges when she becomes secretly involved with an ex-boyfriend (Norman Reedus). Doesn't look like Michael will play the male lead :-( On August 5, Canadian Sympatico ran a little story, that the filming will begin in Los Angeles next week, which now means: This week. |
8-5-2003: Michael at the premiere of Gem of the Ocean |
On Sept. 30, Michael
attendend the premiere of
"Gem of the Ocean" by August Wilson, directed by Marion McClinton, and
starring Phylicia Rashad, who honed her own portrayal of 285-year-old
Aunt Ester, a former slave, taking on the look of a timeless woman down
to the rhythm of her arthritis-impaired gait.
Adding sparkle to the Music Center Plaza party were Angela Bassett, Rashad's sis Debbie Allen, Roscoe Lee Browne, Don Cheadle and Michael T. Weiss. Full article by Alys Marshall at Variety, date in print: Tue., Aug. 5, 2003. |
8-3-2003: Iowa - the official website |
Words from and about
Matthius Farnsworth, taken from the official website of Iowa:
Iowa Matthius Farnsworth Everything A movie about me and how I try to exsploit good Midwestern people by bringing a movie into thier humble little town. Director's statement: I have nothing to say. Matt Farnsworth President / Creative Director of Full Fathom 5 Matt Farnsworth created the story of "Iowa", wrote the script, will act, direct and co-produce the film. His commitment to the success of this project goes well beyond the normal creative relationship. Mr. Farnsworth filmed, directed and produced "Poor Mans Dope" the documentary. During the creation of this documentary, he lived for several weeks in the meth underworld in rural Iowa. Mr. Farnsworth is a filmaker. The website has one huge set still, showing Matt Farnsworth and Diane Foster, but it doesn't give more information about the movie than we already have. The movie is considered low budget (around $1 million). |
7-21-2003: 3rd season of Crossing Jordan |
Not much news, and Michael
isn't mentioned, but Starmagazine published a little story
about the production of the next season of "Crossing Jordan" on July
16:
Labor Talks - Because Crossing Jordan star Jill Hennessy is 6 1/2 months pregnant, show execs moved up the start of production on the new season to early June so they could shoot episodes before she takes off for the baby's birth. And they set all the episodes in winter, with her character, Dr. Jordan Cavanaugh, dressed in bulky coats and sweaters. So, unless they have decided that James Horton will hide on the beaches of Mexico again, and therefore mainly wears bathing trunks, we won't see much of Michael's physique in the new episode(s). |
7-16-2003: About Independent Movies |
Michael's name was
connected with several
movie projects over the years that later turned out to never see the
light of production, or if, with another actor in the part we thought
he would play. So I asked an insider of the entertainment business
about the process of independent movie making.
Go to 'Specials' and read what Winona Kent, author of The Cilla Rose Affair, screen writer, and mistress of The Compleat Sean Bean has to say about it. |
7-15-2003: Written In Blood on DVD |
The movie, directed by John
Terlesky, and
starring Peter Coyote alongside Michael (See: News Archive 2002;
entries from 2-20-02, 5-15-02, 7-27-02, and 5-28-02), may not found
distribution in the US or in Europe, but it was released on DVD (region
3) in the Far East.
It can be ordered on-line at HKFlix, or at Yesasia. I have downloaded an image of the cover and one of Michael as Matthew Ransom here. Enjoy! |
7-10-2003: Photo of Michael on the set of Iowa |
7-9-2003: Iowa - Michael's new movie |
Iowa
is finally listed at the IMDB, with some informations we didn't have
before, like the crew, and the names of the characters.
Michael plays sleazy parole officer Larry Clarkson. |
7-3-2003: 3rd season of Crossing Jordan |
As you might remember,
Michael didn't show up at the ECO block party on
June 18, 2003. Rumors spread that he was currently filming stuff for
the next season of "Crossing Jordan", and also for a movie in Iowa,
named "Iowa" of which no-one has heard before then. (See: Archive 2003,
6-20-03)
Well, here is a little snippet from People magazine from July 7, 2003, courtesy of Stacie of LOTRinfo, confirming that the first six episodes of "Crossing Jordan" have already been filmed. So chances are good, that Michael will appear in at least one of them. Would make sense, after the season finale's cliff-hanger episodes. Keep fingers crossed! |
7-1-2003: Marmalade |
Ms Sorensen has kindly sent
me an update on her movie:
Evi, Marmalade should be completed by mid August and should start test screenings in NY and LA at that time. I will let you know as soon as I have more information. Thanks Jill |
6-26-2003: More infos about Iowa |
My friend Liz found out
more about this movie, thanks to the helpful Mr Schott from the Iowa
Film Office:
It was filmed in Centerville, Iowa for 4 weeks.
It's about a
young couple who gets involved in Meth-Amphetamines and it destroy
their lives. |
6-25-2003: New Layout |
Since there will be new
sections about
Michael's Theater work and some site specials coming soon, I made a new
layout because the new features wouldn't fit in with the old set-up any
longer. I hope you like it. :)
Isis |
6-24-2003: Iowa - Michael's new movie |
I promised that I'd be
digging for more infos
about the rumor that Michael is doing a new movie. Well, here they are,
right from the Iowa Film Office:
Evi, That's all the information we have on the film. I hope this helps. Iowa Film Office Filming began on May 20, and the movie also features
actor Muse
Watson, known from "Assassins" and "Austin Powers: The Spy
Who Shagged Me", amongst other movies. |
6-20-2003: ECO block party in Burbank, CA |
Michael didn't show up at
the event. Rumors
spread that he is currently filming stuff for the next season of
"Crossing Jordan", and also for a yet unnamed movie in Iowa, of which
no-one has heard before.
I'll keep digging! Promised! But lots of other ECO members and celebs were there. Here are some photos from the event, and a report from the L.A. Daily News. |
5-29-2003: ECO block party in Burbank, CA |
Michael is not mentioned in
this press release, but since he is a member of ECO, he might show up
after all!
It seems that ECO is going to have a huge party called "Kevin Bacaon Film Tribute and Block Party" in Burbank, CA (125 East Palm Avenue, downtown Burkbank) to commemorate the big opening of AMC's 16 theatres on Wednesday, June 18th, and they're using it to launch their ClimateStar campaign. Anyone can go for just a $25.00 ticket if you're in the area that evening. Phone number to order a ticket is 888-ONE-EARTH. It starts with a block party at 6:00pm, then goes into a grand opening celebration hosted by Kevin Bacon, and continues with showing 13 of his movies on 13 screens. (The other 3 screens are reserved for something else.) Free entertainment, popcorn, soda, candy and movie ticket are included plus a silent auction is being held to raise additional money. $1 of every ticket benefits the Boys & Girls Club of Burbank and the rest goes to help ECO, ClimateStar, and other environmental organizations. Check out ClimateStar for more info. |
5-26-2003: Screencaps of Crossing Jordan's season finale |
For those who weren't able
to see Michael a.k.a. James Horton in the
season finale "Pandora's Trunk" of NBCs "Crossing Jordan", here are
some screencaps from part 1, that was aired on 4/28/03,
and a few more from part 2, that was aired on 5/5/03.
[Password = Pretender]
Many thanks to Birte for making them! The storyline reminds me of that that was written for the Parker family of the former NBC series "The Pretender": Daughter with partial memory loss, but weird dreams; mysterious, still unsolved murder of her mother; her father only telling parts of the truth about the family's history (if it is the truth!), while trying to stop her from digging up things from the past; sudden appearance of handsome troubled half-brother who has to hide from something or someone ... Sounds familiar, doesn't it? According to the Futon Critic "Crossing Jordan" will return to NBC's schedule for a 3rd season in January 2004 after leading actress Jill Hennessy (Dr. Jordan Cavanaugh) gives birth to her first child. |
5-15-2003: Sledge : A Documentary |
In my attempt to gain more
information about
this movie, than I had previously found (see: 4-23-2003), I have
contacted the makers, and asked them:
Could you please give me some more information about the content of the whole movie, what inspired you and your partner(s) to make it in the first place, how did you convince the actors Michael T. Weiss, Ben Stiller, Carrie-Ann Moss and Hugo Weaving to participate (and how was it working with them), and what does the mysterious inscription "Four A-List actors (whose names we are contractually restricted from using)" on the poster mean? The IMDB listed 01/10/03 as the release date for the US, but it seems no-one has seen it then or since. Are there dates for a nationwide US release, or even a worldwide release? Brad Martin has kindly given me permission to post the relevant parts of his answer: Dear Evi, There you have it - right from the makers! Now we can
only hope that they will find a distributor. |
5-13-2003: West Memphis Three |
I've got several e-mails
about this project, but I don't know more about it than you.
Maybe it is something between rumour, wishful thinking, and hopes for a meaty part, that Michael's name is connected with the West Memphis Three project about the true story of the most notorious murder case in Arkansas history, on a message board at the IMDB. This report from AINC gives more details about the production, but doesn't mention Michael: Scroll down to : GUNN SHOTS A West Memphis Three film is in development with Curt Johnson (Thoth) producing and finishing up a script. Michael Pitt (Hedwig and the Angry Inch) is attached to play Damian Echols. Adrian Brody (The Pianist), Orlando Bloom (The Lord of the Rings) and William H. Macy (Fargo) are said to be targeted for roles. Production is expected to begin in the fall in West Memphis. Also, this article from the Los Angels Times might shed some light. |
5-10-2003: Season finale of Crossing Jordan |
For all those like me, who
couldn't see
Michael's very short (even shorter than his appearance in January!)
appearance in the two parts of the 2nd season finale's episode
"Pandora's Trunk" of NBCs "Crossing Jordan", here are some photos,
taken from the official website, and from TV Guide, April 26 and May 3,
2003. [Password = Pretender]
I try to get screencaps, but it may take some time. It is still not decided if the series will be renewed for a 3rd season in fall. |
4-29-2003: Crossing Jordan Season finale on May 5 |
Michael was only in for
about 3 minutes in a
dream sequence in last nights episode (1st part of season-ending
two-parter), so lets hope for a more substancial role next Monday.
He will return in next weeks 2nd part of the final episode "Pandora's Trunk" of the series "Crossing Jordan". It will be aired on Monday, May 5, at 9/10pm on NBC In the conclusion of the season-ending two-parter, Jordan's (Jill Hennessy) quest for her mother's killer leads her to the trunk of an abandoned Ford and the 23-year-old skeleton of a murdered Boston detective. When the firestorm created by this discovery prompts Garret (Miguel Ferrer) to remove the vigilant M.E. from the case, she pushes forward on her own in the search for answers -and discovers more of her father's (Ken Howard) demons in the process. Meanwhile, Woody (Jerry O'Connell) takes over the search for the cop-killer and gains an unlikely partner in the chief of police (guest star Edward Hermann The Emperor's Club). Michael T. Weiss (The Pretender) also guest stars as Jordan's brother James Horton. Kathryn Hahn, Steve Valentine, Ravi Kapoor and Ivan Sergei also star. TV-14 Or as tvtome puts it: "Jordan's quest to find the answers to her mother's death could get Jordan, Max & James in big trouble. Because her father and brother each know what really happened. Jordan may have to go far to find the answers. How long can Max and James keep the truth hidden before Jordan finds out?" |
4-23-2003: Crossing Jordan |
The rumor (see: 1-13-2003)
of a second appearance as Jordan's brother James Horton becomes truth!
Michael will return in the episode "Pandora's Trunk" of the series "Crossing Jordan". It will be aired on Monday, April 28, at 9/10pm on NBC Jordan's past comes back to haunt her, while Woody attempts to solve a triple homicide in first of the season's finale two-parter: "Pushing for a promotion, Detective Woody Hoyt (guest star Jerry O'Connell) is helped by Garret (Miguel Ferrer), Peter (Ivan Sergei), Nigel (Steve Valentine) and Bug (Ravi Kapoor) in his attempt to solve a triple homicide involving three victims with seemingly no connections to each other. However, when this crack investigative team learn that the victims shared an elegant meal along with a fourth mysterious friend shortly before their final hour, they set out to locate the missing diner. Elsewhere, a mysterious phone call from a private investigator regarding Herman Redding's missing 1966 Ford Fairlane sends Jordan (Jill Hennessy) delving back into her mother's murder - leading to another chance meeting with her brother (guest star Michael T. Weiss, "The Pretender"). Kathryn Hahn also stars." TV-14 Or as TV-Guide puts it: "Jordan's obsession with her mother's murder continues, as she helps investigate a triple homicide in this two-part episode, which concludes in next week's second-season finale. Woody (Jerry O'Connell) and Jordan are working a case in which three bodies have been found at the indoor swimming pool of a luxury hotel. While at the crime scene, Jordan gets a call from a PI she hired months ago to locate an automobile that holds a clue to the death of her mother. He's found the car. The only problem: It's in a junkyard and is slated to be destroyed. Michael T. Weiss (The Pretender), who first appeared in a January episode, returns as Jordan's brother." TV-14 |
4-23-2003: Sledge : A Documentary |
The film has an official website,
with infos and some photos, but none of Michael. But: He is heavily
featured in the provided trailer for the fictious movie "Bloodsport 2".
Watch out for the man in the white suit and red shirt, with a tiny
moustache and greasy hair, who is smoking a big cigar.
The producing company "Smashcut" has a website of their own. It seems that the connection with Michael comes from their stuntwork for "The Pretender" and "Profiler". 4-14-2003: Sledge : A Documentary |
In this newly at the IMDB
listed 25 min short documentary, also known as Bloodfight :
The Frank Sledge Story, Michael plays a 'Drug Lord'.
It is directed by David Leitch (stunt double for Brad Pitt in recent movies), who also stars as Frank Sledge, and Brad Martin (stunt double for George Clooney in recent movies), the stunt coordinators for The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions, which might explain the participation of Hugo Weaving and Carrie-Ann Moss. |
4-2-2003: Marmalade |
I've contacted Jill
Sorensen, writer and leading actress of Marmalade
to get some more infos about the movie. She kindly gave me permission
to post parts of her answer(s) here:
Hi Evi, Thanks for your mail. ... Marmalade is a romantic comedy about a fashion model who gets to old to continue her work. Her demise in her professional life happens as her personal life falls completly apart. The cast included many wellknown actors such as Michael T. Weiss, Sam Robards, Grant Show, Sarita Choudhury, Eric Schaeffer among others. ... My co-writer is Jennifer Kusner. ... It's still in editing and should be ready for distributors by the end of April. ... The movie Marmalade is a romantic comedy loosely based on Jenny's and mine own experiences as models. However the story is fictional. The entire movie filmed for a little over a month on different locations around Manhattan. Michael T Weiss played the main boyfriend who would not commit to marriage. He is an awesome actor and person. The movie is in post production and should hopefully make festival rounds this year. Hope this has answered some of your questions. Take care. Sincerely, Jill Sorensen |

3-12-2003: Michael and girlfriend? |
Michael was recently
spotted in San Francisco, according to "The Examiner"
from 03/11/2003:
... Michael T. Weiss, who played Jarod on TV's "The Pretender," was having a sidewalk lunch at O'Reillys in North Beach the other day with girlfriend Barbara Schwartz and her sister, Nell Schwartz. Little Nell has been acting in Margaret Edson's weirdly titled play, "W;t," at the Lesher Theater in Walnut Creek. Yes, and that's how it's spelled: Dubya-semi-colon-tee. We may be short-staffed here at The Ex, but we can tipe. Also there was Susan Stokeld, mom of Barbara and Nell and herself one of the famed "Belli Girls,"* one of the brassy, proud, lively ladies who worked for the late belligerent barrister*. ... *Melvin Belli was a very famous, notoriously grandose and corrupt San Francisco lawyer (and quite a character!) who used to be in the news and the society pages all of the time. He took on many high profile clients, considered a main lawyer for the superstars of Hollywood and government. Belli was found guilty of very unethical acts, and possibly even got dis-barred for it. He was a corpulent man who always had beautiful women hanging on to him - or attempting to get discovered with his help - playboy bunny types. These women have been referred to as "Belli Girls". - Thanks to Terry and Mimi for that extra bit of info. |

1-13-2003: Another episode of Crossing Jordan? |
Apparently Michael T. Weiss
seemed to have taken part in not only the one episode "Ockham's Razor"
of the series "Crossing Jordan",
but in two of them, according to "My source". But it just said he did
two, unfortunately no titles were given. I had the impression that they
were filmed one right after the other. Maybe I got it all wrong.
Listening to "Hollywood types" can give you a headache, because of all
the rumors they are spreading around.
|
1-7-2003: Crossing Jordan |
The rumor became truth!
Michael T. Weiss was a gueststar in yesterdays episode "Ockham's Razor"
of the series "Crossing Jordan".
His name is still not listed in the description of the episode on NBC's official website. But NBC advertised this episode with a photo of him from "The Pretender", with the inscribe: "Special Guest: Michael T. Weiss (The Pretender)" But at least on-line TV-Guide has him listed as James Horton. He appeared only in the last five minutes of the show, being the bad guy, but wasn't killed off, so hopes remains for his return in further episodes. |
